Adelaide Vascular Fellowship Trial Examinations (AVT)
The Adelaide Vascular Fellowship Trial Examinations (AVT) programme has been developed to prepare vascular surgical trainees and other candidates for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Fellowship Examination (FRACS).
Key components of the AVT course include:
- Viva Examinations that simulate the Clinical Long Cases, Short Cases, Applied Anatomy, Imaging and Operative Surgery examinations.
- Sample Written Examinations simulating the Multiple Choice, Short Answer and Long Answer examinations with questions contributed by AVT faculty.
- Specific endovascular sessions including the well-received Endovasculopathies Problem-Solving Session.
- An Integrated Lecture and Tutorial Program covers core topics in Vascular Medicine and Vascular Surgery.
The Course begins on Wednesday 28th March at 8am and concludes on Saturday 31st March with an End-of-Course Dinner.
