Written Examination

The AVT2010 programme will include a timed written examination (Paper 1 and Paper 2) which will be formally evaluated and marked during the AVT2010 programme with feedback given to individual candidates.

Paper 1 comprises a single long answer (essay) with 30 multiple choice questions in the format of 5 true false statements relating to a stem statement. Paper 2 comprises 8 short essay questions.

A pre- course examination will be posted on the website 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Candidates are encouraged to complete these exams in the time allotted and to present them for review at the commencement of AVT2010. Completed pre-course examination scripts will be reviewed and a sample of essay questions reviewed in a group tutorial on the written examinations. An answer key to the multiple choice questions for the pre-course examination will be made available for self assessment.
