Dr Raffi Qasabian is a vascular surgeon at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney. After his training he completed a fellowship in the Department of Vascular Surgery at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital in London in 2007, where he gained valuable experience in vascular surgery, in particular thoracic endografting. His current practice includes both open and endovascular surgery.
As well as his clinical work, Raffi is the co-ordinator of the surgical program for 3rd year medical students at RPAH, and he plays an active role in the preparation of general surgical and vascular registrars for their fellowship examination.
Raffi was elected onto the NSW State Committee of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2008. |
