Graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1988 and did his resident years at the Royal Melbourne Hospital completing his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in General Surgery at the Royal Melbourne before completing subspecialty Fellowship in Vascular Surgery in 2000. Peter commenced consultant practice in Adelaide in 2001 and operates at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, St Andrews and Ashford Hospitals. He is an accredited vascular and endovascular surgeon and is a Director of Adelaide Vascular. Peter has an interest in undergraduate teaching at the QEH and an involvement in postgraduate training and has convened the AVT since its inception in 2001. He is an instructor in EMST trauma management course and is the vascular representative on the RACS SA State Committee. He serves on the Executive of the ANZSVS as Convenor for Vascular2008, the annual Scientific Meeting of the ANZSVS. |
