Geoff Cox is the Head of Vascular Surgery, Alfred Hospital, Melbourne and Supervisor of Vascular Surgical Training at the Alfred Hospital. He is a former Chairman of the Melbourne Vascular Surgical Association and it’s audit committee. Having trained at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, and then in the USA in Houston, Texas and Cleveland, Ohio he has a major interest in surgery of the thoraco-abdominal aorta. He has a strong commitment to undergraduate and post-graduate teaching and has been a member of faculty of Adelaide Vascular Trials since its inception. He currently is a member of the board of AVT.
